Delivery & Returns


We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within working days. If we Surfastone have given you a date for delivery of products or for services to be carried out we both agree that this is an estimate only and that we will not be liable to you if the delivery date is not met provided that we deliver the products or perform the services within a reasonable period of time.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any goods purchased you have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in resaleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. The goods should be returned to us at the following address:

Please ensure that as well as your receipt, you include a covering note with your name, contact details, order number and details of the reason for exchange. Once the goods have been received, we will give you a replacement or refund. The goods must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. Returned items must be received ‘as new’ and in resalable condition.


Please note: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty, or if it differs in any way from the advertised goods. Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us. The company does not pay return carriage unless an item is faulty, or it differs in any way from the advertised goods. If you would like us to arrange collection of goods for return, please contact us on 020 8684 8968. Return carriage costs will be deducted from any refund due. We will not pay for the cost of failed collections. All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If any item is found to be faulty, return it and we will be happy to correct the faulty part or send a replacement without charge.
