Our Terms
This document sets out the terms of the agreement between you the customer and Surfastone. We both agree that only these terms will apply to the arrangements between us unless changes to these terms are agreed by us both and are in writing.
We may update our terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by website notification.

Delivery & Collection
Delivery & Collection Costs

Delivery: The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you at the point of checkout.

Collection: Collection from one of our warehouses is free of charge.
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
